World water day

World Water Day, held on 22 March every year since 1993,focuses on the importance of freshwater. World Water Day celebrates water and raises awareness of the 2.2 billion people living without access to safe water. It is about taking action to tackle the global water crisis.
In our college,the natural science association have conducted a placard making competition about the topic "Valuing water'.Many students have participated in this competition.

NAAC ന്റെ ഒന്നാം ദിവസം ആയിരുന്നു ഇന്ന്.ഇന്ന് എല്ലാവരും അതാത് ഓപ്ഷണൽ യൂണിഫോം സരി യിൽ ആയിരുന്നു എത്തിയിരുന്നത്.ആദ്യം ഞങ്ങൾക്ക്‌ ഓപ്ഷണൽ ക്ലാസ്സ് ആയിരുന്നു.കലാലയ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തെ കുറിച്ച് സംസാരിച്ചു കൊണ്ട് ക്ലാസ്സ് ആരംഭിച്ചു.ഈ വിഷയത്തെ കുറിച്ച് അനുകൂലിച്ചും പ്രതികൂലിച്ചും ചർച്ചകൾ നടന്നു.തുടർന്ന് ഷാഫി സാറിന്റെ ക്ലാസ്സ് ആയിരുന്നു.സാർ ബി. എഡ്‌ അനുഭവങ്ങൾ എല്ലാം ഞങ്ങളുമായി പങ്കുവെച്ചു.ക്ലാസിനിടയിൽ NAAC സന്ദർശനത്തിന് എത്തിയവരെ ഞങ്ങൾ ശേധിച്ചു. ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം കൾച്ചറൽ പ്രോഗ്രാമുകൾ സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി.വളരെ നല്ല രീതിയിൽ തന്നെ പ്രോഗ്രാമുകൾ നടത്തി.

ഇന്ന് St. John's M. H. S. S ലെ രണ്ടാമത്തെ ദിവസമാണ്. ഇന്ന് ആദ്യത്തെ പിരീഡ് തന്നെ ക്ലാസിൽ കയറി. സൗഹൃദ സംഭാഷണത്തോടെ ക്ലാസ് ആരംഭിച്ചു. 'പ്രകൃതി സൗന്ദര്യവും കലാസൗന്ദര്യവും' എന്ന പാഠം പഠിപ്പിച്ചു. പാം ഭാഗം മാതൃകാ വായന നടത്തുകയും പാഠഭാഗം പഠിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. വളരെ നല്ല അച്ചട്ടക്കത്തോട് കൂടി ഇരിക്കുന്ന കുട്ടികളാണ് 9 A-യിലേത്.                   അതിനു ശേഷം ആറാമത്തെ പിരീഡ്‌ വീണ്ടും 9 A യിൽ കയറി. പാഠത്തിൻ്റെ ബാക്കി പഠിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.വളരെ നല്ല ഒരു ദിനമായിരുന്നു ഇന്ന്.

Guru Gopinath Nadanagramam

February 25 "Dancing is the poetry of the foot.”  —  John Dryden Today we went to the Guru Gopinath Nadanagramam  as part of Art and Aesethatic program  from our college.It was a good experience. It helped me to learn and understand new things. The Guru Gopinath Natanagramam has been established as a centre for learning, training and research in various Indian Dance forms, particularly Kerala Natanam, the dance form composed by the maestro Guru Gopinath. The institution carries on the attempts initiated by the Guru to popularise the dance forms of Kerala and to find fresh talents. Pioneering the training and development of the Kerala Natanam style of dancing, promotion of all Indian classical and folk dance forms and setting up of audio visual library and research centre, organising dance festivals are the other aims of the society. It conducts free training programme for the needy and talent students from the Government Schools in Trivandrum.
